Where to Watch the NFL Super Bowl in London 2018

The NFL Super Bowl LII is coming up on Sunday 4th February and many people are full of apprehension as they place their bets on the big game at sites like https://sportsbook.fanduel.com/. Luckily for them, there’s a ton of sports bars and restaurants in London celebrating with screenings and fun parties so they can see if they have won their bets in a brilliant atmosphere. I’ve rounded up all the best spots to catch the action of America’s most iconic sporting event of the year. Grab your football jersey, get ready to chow down on some burgers and hot dogs and settle in to watch the New England Patriots go head to head with the Philadelphia Eagles. Whilst on the topic, you might even want to check out some NRL merchandise if you’re sports mad. If you’re still umm-ing and ahh-ing about what to do with your bet, you can check out about betting odds on trendingbuffalo.com to help you make your decision. It’s no doubt going to be an exciting showdown, guys!

Greenwood in Victoria is one of my favourite sports bars and it’s bringing all the excitement, drama and buzz from Minneapolis to London. Greenwood has two dedicated bars that will be screening the games on 16 large screens. If you pre-purchase a £15 ticket, you’ll get a burger – opt for either a double cheese, smoked BBQ short rib, buttermilk chicken or falafel and halloumi with a beer, which is a serious bargain. They’ll also be serving stone-baked pizzas and sharing platters. Greenwood will be open until 3am. The event is free to attend and starts at 9pm. The package can be pre-booked in advance here which guarantees entry, walk-ins are also welcome, however seating will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

American-inspired bar, Roadhouse, in the heart of London, will be screening the Super Bowl on four huge screens and nine large TV’s dotted throughout the bar to create an unparalleled viewing experience. A special Super Bowl menu will be available that includes the famous Roadhouse Burger, huge sharing platters and a selection of American craft beers imported especially for the day. Doors open at 6pm and will stay open until 4am. Tickets can be purchased in advanced here.

Tropicana Beach Club is hosting an all-American bash for this year’s NFL Super Bowl LII on Sunday, 4th February. Guests can enjoy buckets of American beers, hot dogs, hamburgers, entertainment from the Baywatch Cheerleaders, XL giant screens to catch all the action, and thumping surround sound speakers (no doubt you’ll be looking at articles like this https://www.vizio.com/en/blogs/2020/may-2020/what-is-dolby-atmos to get your own surround sound system once you’ve been here!). Doors open at 8pm and will stay open until the game is over! Tickets can be pre-booked in advance here. Walk ins are welcome but will be on a first come, first served basis.

Dirty Harry’s is a late-night bar in Soho and it’s going all out for the Super Bowl this year! Six big screens throughout the bar will be screening the game, there will be plenty of burgers (£5 after midnight!) and pitchers of beers for £20 until 6am. Early bird tickets are £10, standard entry is £15 and a table ticket for 4 people or more is £35. You can buy tickets here.

BELUSHI’S (all over)

Belushi’s sports bar has locations all over London and even in Edinburgh and they are hosting their annual NFL Super Bowl Party in true American style. Catch the action live from Bank Stadium on their huge HD screens and projectors throughout the restaurants. Expect cheerleaders, American beers, live music, burgers, hot dogs and more. There will even be an eating competition – be the fastest to eat 2kg of their spicy Siracha wings and win a £50 bar tab! There will also be free beer pong from 5-7pm. Early bird tickets are £10 and general admission is £15. Get yours here.

You will feel like you have been transported to a little hole-in-the-wall bar in Minneapolis at The Social on Little Portland Street. I visited this bar a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! It’s all wood inside – wood walls, wood booths, wood bar, it feels super old school. Anyways, catch the action of the game on the big screens behind the bar with some burgers, beers and great music. Doors open at 8pm and tickets are a fiver.

Catch every moment on the ginormous 24ft wide HD screen at the Grand in Clapham! They’ve also got two 8ft x 6ft screens and six 50 inch plasma TV’s so you literally cannot miss a single throw no matter where you’re standing or sitting. VIP boxes and the Balcony bar are also ideal for big groups! They’ll be serving up American stadium style snacks – think burgers, hot dogs, nachos, cheesy fries, etc. American beers, a cheerleading squad and DJ’s playing Gridiron anthems and more. Tickets are ONLY £3 for ground floor seating. Snag yours here.

Cheer on your favourite team at the Star of Bethnal Green, where they’ll be serving up beers, plates piled high with delicious food and non-stop entertainment all night. Tickets are £5 with a complimentary drink and bag of popcorn, £17.50 with a complimentary drink and Super Bowl platter that includes smoked BBQ ribs, spicy buffalo chicken wings, deep fried pickles, and homemade potato salad. Tickets here .

Head to BBQ restaurant, Porky’s at Bankside for their Super Bowl All nighter! They’ll be showing the action of the game on 4 big screen TV’s with surround sound. Grab some mates and play beer pong and enjoy some classic American grub including wings, nachos and burgers. An £8 ticket includes a beer, corndog, chips and pickles! Once you purchase your tickets, call to reserve spaces so you can’t get the best seats in the house!

Head to Club Aquarium in Shoreditch to catch the action of the big game on 6 huge TVs and two projectors with 360 degree viewing.

There will be performances from UK’s no. 1 cheerleading group, Komarni, who will re-create the authentic US Superbowl experience along with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, XBox, games room, beer pong, American themed food, competitions and more….with food and beer from £3.50, it’s all set for a big Superbowl 2018.
